Why the order changes between solutions

The overall fit score gives deal workflow the largest weight, then security controls and admin experience. That suits a typical company sale. Other work leans differently: a board room barely needs a Q&A module but must be easy for directors, and a life sciences partnering room cares more about document rights than about AI.

Each solution page keeps the six criteria and changes the weights. The values are not a second score; they are the same inputs seen from a different buyer's chair. A platform lower on one page may still be the right choice if its strengths match your must-haves, which is why every page also lists the features that matter for the work and how many platforms list all of them.

Frequently asked questions

Why are there separate pages per solution?

Because the same platform can be right for one job and wrong for another. A founder raising a seed round needs fast setup and a clear price; a bank running a broad auction needs Q&A at volume and bidder analytics. Each page sets out the process, documents, security points and costs for one kind of work.

How are the rankings on solution pages calculated?

Each page re-weights the six fit-score criteria for its buyer and adds a small bonus (up to 0.3) when the vendor positions the product for that work in our facts file. Every page prints its weights against the default.

Does the order change between solutions?

Yes. 4 different platforms appear in a top three across the 10 pages, and the positions below the top move more.
